    What happens if it rains?
    We love a good snow flurry, but rain is a no-go. For your safety and comfort, Winterfest will be closed during rainy weather. Keep an eye on our updates if clouds start rolling in!

    How long can I enjoy Winterfest?
    While there are no in-and-out privileges, you’re welcome to stay and play for the entire day of your ticket.

    Is there food? Can I bring my own?
    Oh yes! Our Peppermint Cafe is serving up wintery treats and hot drinks to keep everyone toasty. Feel free to bring your own snacks too—just no outside alcohol, please (Santa’s rules!)

    Is there parking?
    Absolutely! Free onsite parking is available. Plenty of room for sleighs, minivans, and everything in between.
